Recipe #175.
                                                               Ground Beef Stew

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef.
1 Onion; chopped.
1-2 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
5-6 Medium-Large Potatoes; peeled and cubed.
1 Pound Bag Carrots; cut into circle slices.
1 Box Fresh mushrooms; sliced.
2 Cans Reduced Fat and Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup.
2 cans of Water.
1-2 Reduced Sodium Beef Bouillon Cubes or 1 Beef Stew Seasoning Packet.

Brown the Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic.
Transfer to the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Put all of the other ingredients into the Crock-POT.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
