Recipe #170.
                                                      Steak and Potato Soup

1 Large Round Steak; cut into small cubes.
5-6 Large Potatoes; peeled and cut into small cubes.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
2-3 Low-Sodium Beef Bouillon Cubes.
Water to fill the Crock-Pot about 3/4 full.
Grated Cheese; optional.
1 Can Evaporated Milk.

Put all of the ingredients, except the Milk and Cheese, into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Add the Milk at end of cooking time.
Top with Grated Cheese when serving.
