Recipe #166.
                                              Yellow Rice Chicken and Mushrooms

1 Pound Chicken Tenderloins; cut into small cubes.
1 Small box Button Mushrooms; cleaned.
2 Small or 1 Large bag Yellow Rice.
2-3 Cans Low Sodium and Low Fat Chicken Broth.
About 1/2 Can water.
2-3 Low-Sodium Chicken Bouillon Cubes.
2 Tablespoons Butter.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-pot
Stir well.
Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours.
