Ground Turkey Goulosh
1 Pound Ground Turkey.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
2 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1/2 Green Pepper; chopped.
1 Can Reduced Sodium Diced Tomatoes.
1 Can Reduced Sodium Tomato Juice.
1 Pound Box Whole Wheat Macaroni.
Small amount of Olive Oil for browning.
Brown the Ground Turkey, Onion, Garlic and Green Pepper in a small amount of Olive Oil.
Transfer to the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in the Tomatoes and Tomato Juice. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Cook Macaroni until almost done. Drain.
Stir in during last 15-30 minutes of cooking time.
