Lemon Whole Chicken
3-4 Pound Whole Chicken.
1-2 Lemons; quartered.
1/2 Stick Butter.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Garlic Powder to taste.
Mix the Seasonings and Butter together.
Rub this all over the Chicken inside and out and under the skin.
Stuff it with the Lemon wedges.
Put the Chicken into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 3-5 hours.
Add liquid if needed.
