Recipe #307.
                                                        Round Steak Pasta Sauce

2-3 Pounds Round Steak; cut into small strips.
Olive Oil for browning.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1/2 Green Pepper; chopped. (optional)
2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce of your choice.

Brown the Round Steak, Onion, Garlic and Green Pepper in the Olive Oil.
Transfer into the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in the Sauce.
Stir.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Serve with No Yolks Noodles or any Healthy Pasta you prefer.
