Holiday Countdown.
Chicken Hot Wings
3-4 Pounds Chicken Wing Sections.
Flour for coating.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to season flour.
Pepper to season flour.
Oil to fry Chicken in.
1/2 Stick Butter.
A few shakes or 1-2 teaspoons Hot Sauce.
Season the flour and coat the Chicken with it.
Fry in the Oil until it is just done and crispy.
Drain and coat them in the Hot Sauce and Butter mixture.
Put them into the Crock-Pot.
Drizzle in any remaining sauce.
Cover and cook on Low for 1-2 hours and then set on Warm to keep ready to serve.
