Recipe #313. Holiday Countdown.
                                                            Holiday Sirloin Tip Roast

4-5 Pound Sirloin Tip Roast.
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
6-8 Large Carrots; cleaned and cut into chunky pieces. (cut in half lengthwise and then cut each half in 2-3 pieces).
1-2 Cans Reduced Sodium Beef Broth.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Put the Carrots in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
Season and lay the Roast on top of the Carrots.
Add in the Onion Soup Mix, Garlic and Beef Broth.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Serve with Mashed Potatoes or any other sides you like.
