Recipe #355. Holiday Countdown

                                                      Green Beans, Carrots and Potatoes

1 Pound Frozen Cut Green Beans.
1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Baby Carrots.
4 Large Potatoes; peeled and cut into small cubes.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
Lean Bacon or Ham for seasoning.
1 Box Reduced Fat and Sodium Chicken Broth.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Season and put all of the Vegetables, except the Onion, into the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
Put the Bacon or Ham and Onion on top of the Vegetables.
Add in the Broth.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours or until everything is done and Vegetables are tender.
