Recipe #351. Holiday Countdown.

                                                                     Cheese Dip

2 Pounds Velveeta Cheese; cubed.
2 Cans Rotell.
2 Pounds Ground Beef or Mild Ground sausage.
Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Stir together.
Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours.
Stir well.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
