Recipe #352. Holiday Countdown.

                                                             Cranberries and Apples

2 Bags of Fresh Cranberries.
6 Large Granny Smith Apples; peeled, cored and cut in small cubes.
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon.
1/2 Cup Truvia.
1 Cup Pecans; chopped.
2 Cups Apple Juice; plus more if needed.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours or on High for 2 1/2 hours.
Make sure it has liquid at all times; but not too much so it thickens some.
