Recipe #19.                  
                     Pork Loin Roast with Vegetables and Cream of Mushroom Soup Gravy

3-5 pound Pork Loin Roast.
5-6 large Carrots; cleaned and cut in chunky pieces or several Baby Carrots.
5-6 Large Potatoes; peeled and Quartered.
1 Medium Onion; chopped.
2 cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1 can Reduced Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup.
1 can of Chicken Stock.
Extra Water if needed.

Put the Potatoes and Carrots in the Crock-Pot.
Add the Meat on top of the Vegetables.
Put the rest of the ingredients on top of all of this.
Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hour or on High for 5-6 hours.
