Chicken and Dumplings
2-3 pounds Chicken Tenderloins cut in small cubes.
3 Celery Stalks; cut in chunky pieces.
3 Carrots cut in chunky pieces.
3-4 Low-Sodium Bouillon Cubes
Enough water to cover.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1-2 Packages Flour Tortillas; cut into strips.
Put all the ingredients for the Chicken Stock into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on High for 5-6 Hours.
Add the Tortillas during last 1-2 Hours of cooking time.
