Recipe # 362.
Countdown to the New Year!
Pork Loin Roast
3-4 Pound Pork Loin Roast.
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1/2 Cup White Cooking Wine.
2 Cups Water.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
2 Pounds Baby Carrots.
5-6 Large Potatoes; peeled and cut into wedges.
Olive Oil or a small amount of Vegetable Oil for browning.
Season and brown the Pork Loin in the Oil.
Transfer into the Crock-Pot with a large fork.
Add in all of the other ingredients.
Season well.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
