Recipe # 360.
Countdown to the New Year.

                                                           Greens in the Crock-Pot

2 Pounds Fresh Kale; cleaned, ribs removed and broke into bite size or a little larger pieces.
1 Pound Lean Ham Pieces.
1/2 Red Onion; chopped.
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar.
2 Cups of Water.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste or about 1 teaspoon.
Pepper to taste or about 1/4 teaspoon.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
