Recipe #93
                                                             Mostaccioli  Sauce


1 Pound Lean Ground Beef.
1 Small or 1/2 Medium-Large Onion; chopped.
1-2 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1 large Can Tomato Paste.
2 Cans Water.
1 Chili Brick; no beans.
Extra Water if needed to make it the consistency you like.
Olive Oil for browning.
Salt or Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Brown the Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic together in the Olive Oil.
Transfer the Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic to the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in all of the other ingredients and stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Serve with Cooked Mostaccioli Noodles.
