Recipe #112.

                                                                  Chicken Chili

1 Pound Ground Chicken.
Olive Oil for browning.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1 Can Reduced Sodium Tomato Juice.
1 Can Reduced Sodium Diced Tomatoes.
3 Cans Chili Beans.
Water; if needed.
1 Packet Chili Seasoning.

Put a small amount of Olive Oil in a skillet.
Brown the Ground Chicken, Onion and Garlic together in the Olive Oil.
Transfer the Ground Chicken mixture to the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in all the other ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
