Chicken and Dumplings
2 Pounds Chicken Tenderloins.
3-4 Cans Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth.
3-4 Reduced Sodium Chicken Bouillon Cubes.
Pepper to taste.
Water to fill the Crock-Pot about 2/3-3/4 full.
1 Package Soft Flour Tortillas; cut into 3-4 inch strips.
Put all of the ingredients except the Tortillas into the Crock-Pot.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Add the Tortillas in during last 1-2 hours of cooking time.
