Chicken Tacos
3 Pounds Chicken Tenderloins.
2-3 Packets Taco Seasoning.
2-3 Cans Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth.
1/2 Onion; chopped.
1/2 Green Pepper; chopped.
1 Clove of Garlic; chopped.
Olive Oil for sauteing.
Saute the Onion, Green Pepper and Garlic in the Olive Oil.
Transfer into the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in all of the other ingredients.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
