Goulash Soup
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef.
1/2 Onion; chopped.
1 Can Reduced Sodium Tomato Juice.
3 Low Sodium Beef Bouillon Cubes.
1 Pound Bag Frozen Vegetable Soup mix.
1/2 Pound Healthy Macaroni.
Brown the Ground Beef and Onion in a skillet.
Transfer to the Crock-pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in all of the other ingredients except the Macaroni.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
Cook the Macaroni according to directions on the package.
Serve together as Soup.
