Recipe #209.
                                                 Ground Beef and Mushroom Sauce

1 Pound of lean Ground Beef.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
1-2 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1 Small box of Mushrooms; sliced.
2 Cans Reduced Fat and Sodium Beef Broth.
2 Low-Sodium Beef Bouillon Cubes.
1 Package No-Yolks Noodles.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Brown the Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic in a skillet.
Transfer to the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon.
Add in all of the other ingredients except the Noodles.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
Cook the Noodles according to the directions on the package.
Serve the Sauce over the Noodles.
