Recipe #183.
                                                               Barbecue Ribs

3-5 Pounds Pork Ribs.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute.
Pepper.
1 Onion; chopped.
2 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce.

Season and Brown the Ribs under the broiler.
Transfer them into the Crock-pot.
Put all of the other ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
