Recipe #187.
                                                             Pinto Beans and Ham

1 Pound Dry pinto Beans.
1 Pound Lean Ham Pieces.
1/4 Small Onion; chopped.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Water to cover about 2 inches above the Beans.

Wash and sort Beans.
Soak overnight.
In the morning put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
