Recipe #194
                                                                 Ham and Vegetables

1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ham Pieces.
5-6 Large Potatoes; peeled and cut into wedges.
5-6 Carrots; cleaned and cut into chunky pieces.
1 Onion; chopped.
3-4 Large Stalks of Celery; cut into chunky pieces.
1-2 Boxes Reduced Fat and Sodium Chicken Stock.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
