Recipe of the Day #66.

                                                 Green Beans with Lean Ham

1-2 Pounds of Fresh or Frozen cut Green Beans.
1 Small Onion, chopped.
About 1/2 Pound Lean Ham pieces.
6-8 Potatoes; peeled and cut up.
1-2 Cups of Water.
 Pepper to Taste.

Place all of the ingredients in the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 Hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
