Recipe # 205.
Ham and Beans with Carrots
1 Pound Ham for Seasoning.
1 Pound Baby Carrots.
1 Pound Navy Beans.
1/2 Small Onion; chopped.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Water to cover everything well.
Rinse and sort Beans.
Soak overnight.
Drain and rinse the Beans in the morning.
Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Keep everything covered with Water through cooking time.
