Recipe # 93.
Ham and Vegetables
3-5 Pound Lean Boiled or Fresh Ham.
5-6 large Potatoes; peeled and cut into wedges.
5-6 Large Carrots; cleaned and cut into chunky pieces.
1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Cut Green Beans.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
Enough Water to keep the bottom of the Crock-Pot covered well.
Seasoned Salt substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Put all of the Vegetables into the Crock-pot.
Season them well.
Lay the Ham on top of them.
Pour the Water in last.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
This would make a delicious and easy Easter Sunday Meal. You could put it on in the morning; go about your day; and have your meal ready when you are.
