We had baked Chicken for dinner last night. Along with it we had Mixed Vegetables and Oven-Fried Potatoes. I suppose, considering I ate in moderation, all, of this was, on my diet. I had two pieces, of Chicken,  and one helping of everything else. If I eat like that everyday for dinner I believe I will continue to lose weight. As long as I eat accordingly the rest of the time I will do fine. I have dieted before to lose weight fast, but this time I am trying to improve the way I eat. Hopefully this will create a better lifestyle, for us, that will help us stay fit, after we get there. If you get on a better diet and start exercising, that will go a long way, in improving your overall health.
