It seems as though I'm having a really hard time losing weight lately. I think maybe I have so many things I'm working on now, that I haven't been concentrating on it like I should. I know, I know, excuses, excuses! Oh well, I really don't have an excuse. I just need to get my priorities straight.
and losing weight, for me, is a priority. So starting today I'm going to concentrate, on my health, in a more precise way. Today I will pay attention to what I eat and how much, too. A whole lot of this is about discipline. I will work on that, too. I think the key word here is "work." I realize this journey involves Grace; but Grace, in this case isn't so much that you can eat anything you want to and be okay. It's more like you need to eat what is healthy and exercise; but, if you get off track instead of giving up, get back on track and keep moving forward. So I haven't failed I just got off track a little. But starting today I'm getting back on track and moving forward. At least I can see what's been going on. Also we did go shopping this past weekend and I have somewhat of a supply of food for my diet. Another thing, about Grace is that it's there, to help me stay, on this diet. Which, in my case, is very important, for my health's sake. After all good health is our goal; along with maintaining it once we get it. So if you haven't been losing much weight lately either; just regroup, get back on track and move forward.
