Recipe # 329.
Countdown to the Holidays!

                                                    Broccoli Cauliflower and Carrots

1 Pound Frozen Broccoli Florets.
1 Pound Frozen Cauliflower.
1 Pound Frozen Cut Carrots.
2-3 Teaspoons of Butter.
Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Water to cover the Vegetables.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 Hours or on High for 3 Hours or until done and tender, but not overcooked.
