Recipe # 162.

                                                          Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

6 Bratwurst.
1 Large Jar Claussen or whatever brand you like Sauerkraut.
Olive Oil for browning.

Brown the Bratwurst in the Olive oil.
Put the Sauerkraut into the Crock-Pot.
Lay the Bratwurst on top of the Sauerkraut.
Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours or on High for 2-4 hours or until cooked through and hot.
