Recipe #4.

                                                                 Ham and Vegetables

1 Small Low-Sodium Ham.
5-6 Large Carrots; peeled and cut in chunky pieces.
5-6 Potatoes; peeled and quartered.
1 Pound Frozen Cut Green Beans.
1 Onion; peeled and chopped.
Water to cover the bottom of the Crock-Pot.

Put all of the Vegetables in the Crock-Pot.
Season well.
Add the Ham in on top of the Vegetables.
Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hours or on High for 5-6 hours.
