Ham and Navy Beans
1 Pound Dry Navy Beans.
2-3 Pounds ham pieces.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Water to cover everything.
Sort, rinse the Beans and soak overnight.
Drain in the morning, rinse again and then drain.
Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook 10-12 hours on Low or 5-6 hours on High or until everything is done and tender.
Serve with Cornbread and Slaw.
