Recipe #20.
Chicken and Yellow Rice.
2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Tenders; cut into small cubes.
2 Packages Yellow Rice Mix.
2 2/3 Cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth.
2-4 Tablespoons Butter.
Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on High for 1-2 hours or until done.
