Recipe #74.

                                                                     Italian Beef

3-5 Pound Sirloin Tip Roast.
1 Packet Louie's Italian Beef au jus Seasoning.
3-4 Cup or more, if needed, Water.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hours or on High for 5-6 hours.
