Recipe # 71.
Barbecue Chicken
3-5 Pound Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast.
1 Onion; chopped.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
16 Ounce Bottle Barbecue Sauce of choice.
1 Barbecue Sauce Bottle of Water.
Season the Chicken well and put into the Crock-Pot.
Add in all of the other ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Serve whole or shred and serve on Hamburger Buns.
