Today I weighed and have gained about 2 pounds from what I had gotten down to. Not too bad, considering I haven't really been on track too well since Christmas. I haven't messed up bad, but I haven't been concentrating as well as I should have either. Time to regroup, get organized and zoom in on this. I babysat Micah (my 10 month old grandbaby) yesterday. If I did that everyday I would probably lose weight faster. I was exhausted last night! ( In a good way.) I didn't have a lot of time to eat much. I do definitely have to concentrate on what I am doing, because old, bad eating habits are hard to change. Ok, starting today I plan on paying better attention to my health in every way I know how. By losing weight, exercising, eating healthy foods on a regular basis, and taking vitamins. So hopefully I can stay on track, lose some more weight, and get healthier this year.
