Healthy Crock-Pot Creations.

Recipe # 100.

                                                                  Cheesey Potatoes

5-6 Large Potatoes; peeled and sliced pretty thin.
1 Pound Sliced American Cheese.
1/2-1 Stick Butter; cut into small pieces.
2-3 Cups of Milk.
Salt or Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Olive Oil Cooking Spray.

Spray the inside of the Crock-Pot with the Cooking Spray.
Put a layer of the Potatoes in the bottom of the Crock-Pot and season them.
Put several small pieces of Butter on top of the Potatoes.
Next Put a layer of Cheese on top of the Butter and Potatoes.
Repeat this until all of the Potatoes are used up.
Pour the Milk around and over all of this.
Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or on High for 2-3 hours or until the Potatoes are done.
If they look like they are getting too dry add some more Milk.
