I was trying to think of a good recipe to put on here today and what came to my mind is Cabbage Rolls. They are nutritious and low in fat and calories, too. I wrote the recipe and found the picture on Pinterest; so here it is.

                                                                      Cabbage Rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 pound Ground Chuck.
1 small Onion, chopped.
1 clove of Garlic, chopped.
2 cups Tomato Sauce or Juice.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute.
Pepper.
Whole Cabbage Leaves, separated from the Head and steamed.
2 cups cooked Rice.
Toothpicks.

Brown the Ground Chuck, Onion, and Garlic together in a skillet.
Season well with the Seasoned Salt and Pepper.
Stir together well.
Drain.
Stir the Rice into the Ground chuck mixture.
Lay the Cabbage Leaves on the preparation surface.
Place about a Tablespoon of the Beef and Rice mixture on a Cabbage Leaf.
Fold the ends in and roll the Cabbage Leaf around the mixture.
Put a toothpick in to hold it together.
Place in a medium Casserole dish.
Pour the Tomato Sauce or Juice over the top.
Bake in 350 deg. oven for about 30-45 minutes.
