Recipe # 237.

                                                          Crock-Pot Fried Chicken

Several pieces, of your choice, of Chicken.
1-2 Cups of Unbleached Flour.
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute.
1/2 -1 Teaspoon Pepper.
1/2-1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder.
1/2-1 Teaspoon Oregano.

Combine the Flour and Seasonings in a plastic bag or bowl.
Coat each piece of Chicken with the Flour mixture and brown them in the Butter.
Place them in the crock-pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours or until done.
