Recipe # 227.

                                                           Barbecued Pork Steak

2-4 or maybe more Pork Steaks.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Garlic Powder to taste; sprinkled on.
Onion Powder to taste; sprinkled on.
Barbecue Sauce of your choice.
About 1 Cup or so of Water.

Season and brown the Pork Steaks in a cast iron skillet.
Put Barbecue Sauce on one side of each Pork Steak.
Put it in the Crock-Pot the Barbecued side down.
Put Barbecue Sauce on the top sides in the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours or until done and tender.
You can also cook in the Iron Skillet on the stove and Barbecue one side and turn over.
Barbecue the top side and finish cooking under the broiler.
