Recipe # 184.
Barbecued Pork Loin Chops
6-8 Pork Loin Chops.
1/2 Onion; chopped.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1/2-1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce; to coat the Pork Chops on both sides and pour the rest over the top of them.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Small amount of Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray for browning the Pork Chops.
Season and brown the Pork Chops in a skillet coated lightly with the Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray.
Coat each side of the Pork Chops with the Barbecue sauce.
Transfer into the Crock-Pot.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour it over the Pork Chops.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours or until done and tender.
