Ham Steak, Green Beans and Potatoes
I plan on fixing this after we get home today; since I failed to put anything in the Crock-Pot this morning. I will most likely cook this in the Pressure Cooker today. It will be good made either way.
I just found out one of our grandsons has a ballgame today so this will work out well for us today.
1 Nice Lean Ham Steak.
1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Cut Green Beans.
3-4 Potatoes; peeled and cut into wedges or several small Potatoes; cleaned and cut in half.
1 Small Onion; chopped.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute or Low Sodium Seasoned Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Water to cover the Green Beans and some of the Potatoes.
Season and put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot or Pressure Cooker; putting the Green Beans on the bottom then layering the Potatoes, Ham and Onion on top of them.
Add in the Water.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours or until done.
If using a Pressure Cooker follow the manufacturers directions.
