Recipe # 168.

                                                  Pork Chops in Cream of Chicken Soup

6 or so Lean Pork Chops.
1/2 Onion; chopped.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
Seasoned Salt or Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Olive Oil for browning.
1-2 Cans Reduced Fat and Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup.
1-2 Cans of Water.

Season and brown the Pork Chops in the Olive Oil.
Transfer into the Crock-Pot.
Saute the Onion and Garlic in the same oil and skillet.
Transfer them to the Crock-Pot with a slotted spoon and put them on top of the Pork Chops.
Mix the Soup and Water together and pour it over the Chops in the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Serve over Rice or with Mashed Potatoes and a Vegetable or Salad.
