Recipe # 314.
Countdown to the Holidays!
Barbecued Pork Loin Roast
3-5 Pound Pork Loin Roast.
1 Onion; chopped.
2-3 cloves of garlic; sliced.
16 Ounce Bottle Barbecue Sauce.
1/2-1 Barbecue Sauce Bottle of Water.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Cut slits in the top of the Pork Roast.
Season well on all sides.
Brown it on all sides.
Insert the Garlic slices into the slits.
Put the Roast into the Crock-Pot.
Add in all of the other ingredients on top of the Roast.
Add about 1/2-1 Barbecue Sauce Bottle of Water.
