Recipe # 285.

                                                           Baked Potatoes in the Crock-Pot

4-6 Potatoes or how many will fill the Crock-Pot about 3/4 full.
Aluminum Foil to wrap them with.
Olive Oil.
Salt.
Pepper.

Poke the Potatoes with a fork several times.
Rub each Potato with Olive Oil.
Season them with Salt and Pepper.
Wrap them with a piece of Foil each.
Place them in the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for about 8 hours.
