Recipe # 246.
Pork Chops with Potatoes and Green Beans
4-6 Pork Loin Chops.
5-6 Large Potatoes; peeled and sliced.
1 Pound Frozen Cut Green Beans.
1 Onion; chopped.
1-2 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
1-2 Cans Reduced Fat and Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup.
1-2 Cans Reduced Fat and Sodium Chicken Broth.
Put the Potatoes and Green beans into the Crock-Pot.
Season lightly.
Season the Pork Chops on both sides and lay them on top of the Potatoes and Green Beans.
Add in the Onion and Garlic on top of the Pork Chops.
Mix together the Chicken Broth and Cream of Chicken Soup.
Pour this mixture over the Pork Chops and Vegetables.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
