Recipe # 136.
Barbecue Beef
3-5 Pound Lean Beef Roast.
1 Onion; chopped.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
Seasoned Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
16 Ounce Bottle or Homemade Barbecue Sauce.
Put the Roast into the Crock-Pot.
Add in all of the other ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hours or until done and tender.
Add some Water in during cooking time to keep it from drying out; if needed.
