Recipe # 85.

                                                             Split Pea and ham Soup

1 Pound Dry Split Peas.
1 1/2 Pounds Lean Boiled Ham; cut into small cubes.
1/2 Small Onion; chopped.
4-5 Large Carrots; cleaned and cut into small cubes.
4-5 Potatoes; peeled and cut into small cubes.
About 6-8 Cups of Water; enough to cover the ingredients about 3 inches above them.

Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Add more Water during cooking if needed.
