Recipe # 79.
Ham, Green beans and Potatoes
1 Small Lean Ham.
2 Pounds Fresh or Frozen Green Beans.
1 Onion; cut into chunky pieces.
Water; start with 2 Cups and add more as needed.
Salt Substitute to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Put all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
Be sure to keep plenty of liquid in it.
